Dashamir Shehi: The Democratic Party is in a downward trend, with Basha more votes were received

Dashamir Shehi, head of the LZHK, invited to the "Off the Record" studio by Andrea Danglli, on A2CNN, stated that the Democratic Party is in a downward trend.
"The opposition group has a large party, which is the Democratic Party. But, insufficient to win the elections. The second, is in a downward trend. With Mr. Basha we received 650,000 votes. With Mr. Berisha they received 480,000 votes. It shows that the upward trend, the positive vector within the opposition, is in these new groups, in this type of alternative. This is no longer the solution, because if, for example, the DP is in control, they will take this job into their own hands. There is no need for us at all, as they did not have before, perhaps for us," said Shehi.
"They need to find out what the new trend in politics is. Why is this impasse? Why instead of moving forward, we are going backwards, at a time when Albania has never had a corrupt government like this. But, this one did not go away on its own. No one goes away on its own. So, let's create some conditions for the opposition to get the most out of what the opposition humus is, which I believe is great. But, it is no longer represented. In the DP, I would say, it is represented to that level. The others are young, they are growing. Let's see, maybe other young people will emerge. I see this kind of new dynamic here, this kind of dialectic within the opposition front, and here I also see hope. In those who think differently, who are facing... And I think that a part of the citizens will come from behind. To those who have been, even like my job, it shows that they no longer have this job in hand ," Shehi added.
