The son of former police chief Erzen Breçani is extradited from Spain! He is accused of drug trafficking with Ervin Mata, he was caught by SKY ECC wiretaps.
In a secret operation by Interpol Tirana, Eralbi Breçani was brought in handcuffs to Rinas airport today (June 13) by Interpol Madrid officers.
The son of the former officer, who was also arrested during the SPAK operation three years ago but was later released for health reasons, is accused of international drug trafficking.
Along with him is businessman Ervin Mata, the partner of singer Elvana Gjata and also with family ties to Breçani.
The charges against them were for a structured criminal group and trafficking from South America to Europe and Albania, while investigations are underway by SPAK and GJKKO.
