Petrit Çakri beaten inside the courtroom, Prisons put the Bushgjokaj brothers in solitary confinement for 3 months

The Prison Directorate has placed the 3 Bushgjokaj brothers in solitary confinement for 3 months after a physical altercation inside the GJKKO cage with another defendant, Petrit Çakri.

The four are accused of kidnapping and then throwing Reni Dobra into the river last year in Mat, while during the hearing held today at the Criminal Court for substitution of measures, they claimed that Çakrri provoked them.

The latter was not present at the hearing, while the 3 brothers apologized to the prosecution and the court. Meanwhile, by decision of the GJKKO, their request to replace the measure of arrest with imprisonment with a lighter security measure was also rejected.
