The US Embassy in Tirana has shared on social media a call from the US Department of State regarding the war in the Middle East.

The statement emphasizes that increased caution is advised by Americans around the world and that instructions announced by US embassies in the relevant countries should be carefully followed.

"The State Department advises Americans worldwide to exercise increased caution. Following the launch of United States combat operations in Iran, Americans worldwide, and particularly in the Middle East, should follow the guidance in the latest security advisories issued by the nearest United States embassy or consulate. They may experience travel disruptions due to periodic airspace closures," the post said.
