Begaj wishes Easter from Korça: Let's be more supportive and kind to each other

The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, visited the Metropolitanate of Korça this Sunday, from where he conveyed his congratulations on the feast of Easter to all Orthodox believers and Albanians wherever they are.
In a statement to the media, the Head of State wished for peace, love and prosperity, emphasizing the importance of solidarity and coexistence in society.
"I am happy to be in Korça today to congratulate all Orthodox believers from the Metropolis of Korça: Happy Easter! May it be a blessed Easter for everyone, but also for all Albanians. I wish that the light of the candle taken to the church illuminates the heart of every individual and our entire society," said Begaj.
The President appealed for more understanding and support among citizens, adding that "we must become better for each other, more united and more prosperous."
During the visit, he also congratulated the leaders of the Metropolis of Korça for a successful and prosperous ministry.
From Korça, Easter greetings were also conveyed by the Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Peleshi, who described this holiday as a day of joy and kindness.
"Easter Day is a joyful day and I would like to wish that this kindness spreads to all the citizens of Korça and to all Albanians wherever they live. Happy Easter and peaceful days to follow," said Peleshi.
