Giuseppe Musella, 28, arrested by the Naples Prosecutor's Office for the murder of his sister, Ylenia Musella, 22, has given a shocking testimony after surrendering to the police.

He has admitted that he was the one who stabbed his sister in the back, causing her tragic death.

The incident took place on Tuesday afternoon in the Ponticelli neighborhood of Naples, where Ylenia Musella was stabbed to death after a fight with her brother. According to reports, the cause of the fight was loud music, which had disturbed Giuseppe Musella, who wanted to sleep. Tensions between them escalated, and the brother stabbed his sister with a knife, causing a fatal wound to her back. Ylenia died a few minutes after arriving at the Villa Betania hospital.

In his testimony before the authorities, Giuseppe Musella admitted to the crime and explained his motive for the violence. According to him, the argument was over the music being too loud and, since he couldn't sleep, he broke out in violence, stabbing his sister.
