Trump considers military options against Iran, two scenarios on the table

President Donald Trump is using his familiar foreign policy tactics to increase pressure on Iran, creating uncertainty about his intentions. He has surrounded Iran with American forces, threatened military intervention and demanded that Tehran sit down for talks and accept his administration's terms.
According to reports, the White House is considering two main scenarios:
Limited Operation – Targets Iran’s nuclear and missile facilities, with the aim of damaging its military capabilities without engaging in a protracted conflict. However, this scenario would not lead to regime overthrow and Iranian retaliation is expected to be severe, while Israel could be immediately targeted.
Widespread conflict – Aims to overthrow the regime of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Analysts warn that such an intervention could lead to a more extreme and unmanageable junta, risking widespread chaos and a humanitarian refugee crisis.
Tel Aviv is supporting Washington with intelligence information, while Saudi diplomats try to convince Trump to avoid military intervention and promote dialogue on Iran's nuclear program.
Security experts warn that a military action against Iran remains extremely dangerous, considering the long history of the conflict and the potential impact on the stability of the Middle East.
