The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, says that the opposition will launch protests as the only way to create a technical government and restore free voting.

Like every Monday, Berisha holds a speech in front of the Prime Minister's Office, but for several days now Adriatik Lapaj has also been there. Asked by journalists whether he will move or join Lapaj's protest, Berisha, while praising the leader of the "Albania Becomes" Party, gave this answer:

"This rostrum in front of the prime minister's office started weeks ago. Adriatik Lapaj has started a protest that I congratulate, I support his protest and his act without question. That gentleman has decided to do the maximum of what he can do and he is doing it."
