To prove that the villa in the "White Rocks" complex in Dhërmi is Belinda Balluku's hidden wealth, SPAK has taken the testimony of the former deputy prime minister's most trusted people.

One of them is Albert Ushe, who for 8 years served as a driver, initially for Balluk, and then for the children of the former Minister of Infrastructure.

In the confession made before special prosecutors, Ushe explained that from time to time, she sent the children of Balluk, whom she addresses as "the boss", to one of the villas of the "White Rocks" complex at her request.

He further explains that he has also sent the citizen with the initials LS, who is the cleaner of the house where Belinda Balluku lives in Tirana, near "Nobis", to the F6 villa in Dhërmi.

He states that he sent his boss's children to this villa about 4 and a half years ago, during a time when the villa had not had a swimming pool.

Asked who the owner of the villa is, Albert Ushe stated that he does not know anyone, there have simply been times when it was referred to as "the boss's villa" because Belinda Balluku told him to send her children there.

To prove that the villa was frequented by Belinda Balluku and her family, SPAK has requested information from mobile companies and it has resulted that the former deputy prime minister's number was located by antennas that cover the geographical position of the "White Rocks" complex, throughout the years 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Villa F6 in Dhërmi has been seized, after SPAK suspects that Balluku received it as a bribe from the company Eurocol, to which he awarded a tender, when he was at the head of Albcontrol.

The villa is in the name of Igli Tare, a former national team player, who is also under investigation in this matter. Tare has appealed the seizure decision as he claims that the villa is his property and that Balluku has also used it due to their friendly relationship.
