Lukaku remains in Belgium, Napoli expects the striker to return in a week

Romelu Lukaku will remain in Antwerp for another week as his recovery from thigh inflammation continues according to a personalized treatment and training program.
The striker is following a detailed plan that combines individual training and rehabilitation, while his progress is monitored and reported daily to Napoli's medical staff and club management.
Lukaku was initially expected to return to Castelvolturno between last Friday and Saturday, but the club has now scheduled his return to Napoli for April 20. The striker had declined Belgium's friendlies in the US to focus on his recovery, following a relapse of his injury on August 14.
Napoli, who did not support the player's decision, issued a strong statement, reserving the right to take disciplinary measures and evaluate his participation in the team's group.
Diplomacy between the player, coach Conte and the club is continuing to find a solution, and a face-to-face meeting is expected in a week to discuss Lukaku's future at Napoli.
