Who are the Americans who will invest 1 billion euros in Bilisht?

Greek media broke the big news two days ago about a giant Greek-American investment in Bilisht, Korca. According to Greek newspapers, Aktor Group of Greece and BNI Foundation have signed an agreement to invest 1 billion euros in the Nickel mines in Korca.
According to them, a large part of the financing will be provided by American capital, while the project will be technically and advisoryly supported by US-based companies, demonstrating its strategic importance for the Western supply chain of critical resources. The agreement for this investment was negotiated against the backdrop of the surprise visit of the US ambassador to Athens, Kimberly Guilfoyle, to Edi Rama's office in Tirana.
But who are the Americans behind Bilisht's investment?
Although the Greek company Aktor was careful to emphasize in its statement that the agreement was signed with the BNI Foundation, some Greek newspapers such as Prototema speak of an agreement between Aktor and a company called Brightnest shpk.
Brightnest shpk is a company founded in October of last year. The company has a capital of 100 lek or 1 euro and its owner is Mirsad Uruçi.

This news is also confirmed by footage of the meeting between Prime Minister Edi Rama and the US Ambassador to Athens Guilfoyle. Initially, the footage shows Ambassador Guilfoyle and the president of the Aktor group.
But then a third person appears in the picture. He is Mirsad Uruçi, the owner of the Brightnest company.
mr. Uruçi is not an unknown name to the Albanian public. In addition to representing the Serbian energy company, EFT, Uruçi's name also came to the public in the famous concession of the Akërnia solar power plant, which was never realized.
It is not known whether there is American involvement in the Bilisht project. Even the BNI Foundation does not appear to be an American company. In fact, no one knows what it is. The original BNI Foundation is a North Carolina-based NGO that supports children.
As for the BNI Foundation, which is mentioned in the Albanian agreement, it is not known what it is. In the Aktor announcement, it is described as a regional company that operates in the Balkans and mainly Albania.
So far, there is no fact or data about any American company that will invest 1 billion euros in Bilisht. And even less American companies sent specifically by President Trump as invisible propaganda tried to sell the news to the public./kapitali.al
