They made money by secretly filming girls, who is the "night video" group, among them Albanians

A BBC investigation has revealed that several people, including two Albanian brothers, have secretly filmed women and girls during night outs and then published the videos on social networks to generate views and financial income.
The videos have been shared on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. They are presented as “nightlife videos” or “walks”, but the main focus is on women’s bodies, often from low angles, without their knowledge or consent.
The BBC identified around 50 women who were filmed in the videos. Many said they were unaware and that the release of the footage had left them feeling scared and humiliated. One 21-year-old said she felt unsafe and paranoid every time she left the house.
The investigation uncovered more than 65 online channels with this type of content, whose videos have been viewed over three billion times over the past three years. The footage was recorded mainly in major cities such as Manchester, London, Oslo, Miami and Bangkok.
During the investigation, the BBC team filmed several men secretly recording women during the evenings. Among them were two Albanian brothers who were seen filming on the streets of Manchester. One of them is Florjan Reka, 35, a resident of Sweden, whose channel has around 200 million views and hundreds of thousands of followers on YouTube and Facebook.
According to the BBC, Florjan Reka had registered the channel as a business in Sweden, stating that it carries out “influencer, marketing and advertising activities.” He was seen filming women in the company of his brother, Roland. Reka refused to speak to British media about the allegations.
The BBC reports that some of the people identified have not been prosecuted, as filming in public spaces is not automatically considered a criminal offence. However, according to a lawyer specialising in image abuse, these cases constitute a legal “grey area” and could fall foul of harassment laws.
