Journalist Poli Hoxha: The opposition must protest to defend justice

Journalist and analyst Poli Hoxha, invited to the "Now" show with Erla Mëhilli on Euronews Albania, spoke about the opposition protest expected to be held on December 22. Hoxha emphasized that the opposition must protest to defend justice as the government is openly attacking it.

According to him, the opposition should act as it did a month ago in Ukraine. He added that the DP must face the truth.

"If the opposition needs a protest in Albania like it did a month ago in Ukraine, which was also at war, it should protest to protect those it is attacking, to defend justice."

The government has openly attacked justice. No one is saying this. The opposition, as happened with the people in Ukraine who overthrew Zelensky, dissolved the court and were forced to withdraw.

The opposition led by Berisha, the DP is on a completely different train, calling SPAK a criminal organization but when it likes it, it says okay. Sometimes it likes it, sometimes it doesn't. This is hypocrisy and an unprecedented anti-sense. This is a type of party that needs to face the truth. Today was a chance that they postponed for an indefinite period of time," he said.
