Tensions in the Parliament, SP demands the expulsion of 29 DP deputies:

The Socialist Party Parliamentary Group has addressed the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, with an official request to take disciplinary measures against a number of opposition MPs, following serious incidents that occurred during and at the start of today's plenary session (December 18, 2025).

At the request of the Socialist Party, the plenary session was accompanied by acts of violence, including the throwing of pyrotechnics and hard objects into the hall, attacks on the Speaker of the Assembly, members of the Council of Ministers and employees of the Republic Guard, as well as the blocking of the rostrum and the normal development of parliamentary proceedings.

The SP Parliamentary Group emphasizes that, based on the video footage and the evidence administered, these actions constitute serious violations of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the Code of Conduct of the Deputy.

Deputies for whom disciplinary measures are requested:

Exemption for 60 days from plenary sessions and parliamentary committees:

1-Belind Kellici

2-Fidel Kreka

3-Albana Vokshi

4-Ledina Alolli

5-Denisa Vata (for introducing and using pyrotechnics in the Assembly hall)

6-Klevis Balliu

7-Flamur Noka (for failure to implement disciplinary measures, damage to Assembly equipment and violent actions against the Republican Guard)

Exemption for 30 days from plenary sessions and parliamentary committees:

1-Elda Hoti (for damage to equipment and failure to comply with the Code of Conduct)

2-Gazment Bardhi

3 Sali Berisha (for repeated violations of the order of the session, use of unparliamentary language and obstruction of the normal conduct of parliamentary proceedings)

Exemption for 10 days from plenary sessions and parliamentary committees:

1-Besart Xhaferri

2-Xhelal Mziu

3-Bledjon Nallbati

4-Luciano Bocci

5-Saimir Korreshi (for obstructing the hearing and acts of violence)
