Domatopita, Greek recipe for salty tomato cake

Ingredients:

1 finely chopped tomato
1 red pepper
150 g white cheese
250 g thick yogurt
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs
150 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt, pepper
Olive oil and sesame for topping

Preparation:

Beat the yogurt with the eggs well. Add the olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, chopped tomato and red pepper. Mix well and add the feta cheese, flour and baking powder. Grease a baking pan with a little olive oil. Pour the dough into the pan and flatten it. Add a little olive oil and sesame seeds on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, until it gets a nice color.
