
Lasagna without noodles with pumpkin, cottage cheese and cheese

Ingredients:
2-3 zucchini
150 gr grated kaçkavall cheese
100-150 gr chicken fillet
2 eggs
200 gr soft cottage cheese
A little olive oil
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Wash the pumpkins well and cut them into thin lengthwise slices. Pour a little olive oil on the bottom of the pan and place the first layer of pumpkin slices. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top, place a layer of chicken fillet, which we have previously boiled and cut into strips. Repeat the layers: pumpkin, cheese, chicken, until the pan is full. In a bowl, mix the eggs and cottage cheese, a little salt and pepper. Beat them well with a fork and pour the mixture over the layers in the pan. Bake the pan in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 30-35 minutes, until it turns golden on top and the cream thickens.
