Guard employee arrested in Tirana, threatened cousin with service weapon

The Police Supervision Agency (Tirana Region) has arrested in flagrante delicto the employee of the Guard of the Republic of Albania, Inspector EK, suspected of committing the criminal offenses of "Threat" and "Disturbance of public order and peace".

His arrest was carried out after, during a momentary conflict that occurred near his apartment, for weak motives, he threatened citizen IK, with his service weapon, to whom he also has close blood ties.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana.
