760 thousand euro undeclared villa in Lalzi Bay? Is Noka the former minister mentioned by Bardhi who is being investigated by SPAK?

A day ago, SPAK responded to journalists' interest by announcing that three MPs, a former MP, and a former minister are currently under investigation, but without giving any names.

This has raised the question: is this former minister Flamur Noka? The democratic MP has appeared several times before SPAK, although in the appearance on June 27, 2025, he stated that he had been summoned for matters related to denunciations of electoral crimes, but not as a person under investigation.

The question raised comes as a result of repeated accusations by Gazment Bardhi towards Flamur Noka regarding a 760 euro villa in Gji i Lalzit, for hostage-taking by the oligarchy connected to power and for suspicious connections with the underworld. Noka has publicly denied these accusations, describing them as political attacks, and later even went public and stated that he had "forgiven" Bardhi, while the latter has not yet denied the accusations.

However, so far, SPAK has not confirmed any names. For now, the only thing certain is that the investigations involve a former minister, but his identity has not been made public.

However, considering Bardhi's accusations against Noka for concealing and failing to declare assets and considering the typology of SPAK's investigations, it would not be surprising that the former minister under investigation is Noka.
