One of the reasons why some of the strong have left Rama and have moved closer to Berisha is that they are unhappy with the former for not protecting them from justice and SPAK, while the latter has given them a 'guarantee' that after the elections he will dissolve SPAK and rebuild the new justice system based on the models of Gjin Gjon or Arjan Ndoji.
The problem is that the former is unable to protect himself and his close people from SPAK, let alone protect the problematic ones with the huge burdens they carry on their backs in relation to justice and the problems they raise daily with law and order.
While Berisha is using them, just as he used them once in '96, then gathered them all across Albania for 24 hours, thus starting the first major rift between the DP and this category. Not only that, Berisha also has no guarantee that he will undo the justice system and SPAK.
First, because he won't be able to, and second, because no one will allow him. Only if he joins the votes with Edi Rama, as he did for the release of the corrupt and for the amendment of the Electoral Code, might he have a small chance. Despite everything, time has shown that whoever gets into the gears of the Special Chamber, there is no Rama to save him.
So they would do well not to interfere with pressures, interference in elections or threats against people and voters, because what is happening with SPAK is no joke. Look at Rama, Berisha, Meta, Veliaj, Tahiri, Beqaj, Ahmetaj... if you don't believe it.
