The government and the opposition are hostages!

From Vlora to Fier and Durrës, (who knows where and when he will end this hypocritical madness), Edi Rama has launched a denigrating campaign against mayors and local administration leaders.
Arrogant and nervous, he lets out a roar as he gets out of the car. He shouts at the old women who follow him to complain about some problem, then with his hands and feet he points out "violations of the law" in the streets, until he arrives at the scary meetings where, after beating them from the first to the last, he flees to the next city, leaving behind 24-hour resignation ultimatums.
Sometimes he speaks as prime minister and sometimes as chairman of the Socialist Party, but mostly as "God" who has taken the trouble to deal with the tents and tables on the sidewalks of the cities. During the 12 years he has been in power, he has regularly simulated this spectacle, especially after the elections, but the people and the media are again "shocked" by the news that the rooster on the top of the mountain produces with the garbage he has created himself.
All this will end one day, but the old problem of the people of Vlora with water will remain there again because it is not in the hands of the municipality but of Rama himself with SuperBela and the other ministers. Even the garbage will continue to burn right when the season starts, even the tents and awnings will return to where they were after some time, just like it always happened, because Tirana takes it away and Tirana puts it back after the Rama spectacle is over.
The same goes for other cities where I will go to denigrate the mayors and dismiss the directors, who in fact only have "the keys to the straw" in their hands, since every fund, project, permit even for a chicken coop in the village, and every investment for local government is concentrated with a strong hand on the government in Tirana and its ministers.
So far, there is nothing to worry about, because it is no longer a secret that Rama governs with spectacle and wins elections with spectacle, while facing "the opposition he wants" and not the one Albanians and Albania need.
The real problem is the ease and legitimacy he gives himself to denigrate, intervene and order another power that is protected by the Constitution, such as the Local. Those mayors he denigrates, regardless of whether they are socialist or not, were elected by the people. Likewise, the municipalities of each city have Municipal Councils, position-opposition, elected by the people of those municipalities.
Mayors, the staff they choose to carry out the mandate given by the people, good or bad, socialist or opposition, when they take office, are the entire population of that municipal unit. Problems with water, garbage, lights, roads, construction or permits, public spaces, are not socialist or democratic.
Everyone benefits or suffers from their problems or solutions, regardless of which party they belong to and who their leader and idol is, Rama or Berisha.
But the most shameful and scandalous thing in this situation of this flagrant unconstitutional usurpation that Rama is making of the Local Government, is the position of the opposition. Not a word from Sali Berisha who "thinks" that Rama is doing this out of fear of his stale conferences every day at 12.30.
Adriatik Lapaj has started the battle of the watermelons, while Agron Shehaj is still celebrating the 2 deputies he brought into parliament. They are complexed about coming to the defense of the mayors because they are socialists, but here we are not talking about Dredhera, Subashra, or Sako of Durrës.
This is about Edi Rama's courage to be the mayor of all of Albania. About the violation of the Constitution, the delegation of the vote to local elected officials and his armoring as an autocrat. Even during the dictatorship, the Executive Committee had more independence and freedom than the Party Committee. Then we had the Party-State, now we have Rama-State and the Opposition-Holder, immersed in the troubles of its leader and its establishment!
