Serious accident in Gjilan, six cars collide, nine injured

Nine people were injured in an accident involving six cars in Gjilan.

Kosovo Police spokesman for the Gjilan region, Ismet Hashani, said that the injuries of the people involved in the accident are minor.

"On 16.08.2025 at around 22:20, we received information that on the "Lufta e Gjilani" road in the city of Gjilan, a chain accident occurred between six moving vehicles.

"Nine people were injured in this accident and according to the doctor's report, the injuries are minor," he said.

Kosovo Police regional traffic units are investigating the circumstances of this case.
