ASHK was accommodated in the premises of the palace without permission and confiscated, Rama attacks the judge again: He finally brought out the scandalous reasoning

Prime Minister Edi Rama has published part of Judge Hazbi Balliu's written reasoning regarding a confiscated building that was built without a permit, and its placement in the State Cadastral Agency building, after the building in which they were located was damaged by the earthquake.
Rama calls the "liberation" of the illegally confiscated building a scandalous decision, emphasizing that the judge states that there is no evidence that ASHK cannot continue to reside in a building "where the ceilings and walls are falling down ."
"Finally, Judge Balliu issued the written justification for his scandalous decision to defend the representative party of a building built completely without permission and confiscated in Tirana, where it was decided to house the State Cadastre Agency, which for several years had continued to work in an old building seriously damaged by the earthquake ," the head of government said, while also publishing photos of the damaged building.
"How can prosecutors or judges of the republic engage in favor of illegal builders requires access to the brains of prosecutor Gjeli or judge Balliu, but how can a judge write that ASHK has no evidence that it cannot continue to stay in a building where the ceilings and walls are falling, this requires heroic patience while waiting for the control and governance bodies of the judiciary to wake up from their increasingly dangerous sleep for the fate of the Justice Reform itself."
"In the photo you have the (non)reasoning of the Balli court as well as the situation of the old ASHK building, which apparently is normal for Balli as long as there are no victims ," Rama concludes the reaction.
