It is a collaboration of the highest degree with crime.
If the prosecution of serious crimes had an execution of arrest warrants according to accurate statistics, which was 85-90 percent, Altin Troplini and his successor, the former executioner of Enver Hoxha's secret police, have an execution that for the bosses does not even reach 10 percent.
And I call on journalists, for whom I have respect, who deal with information from this institution, not to fall victim to their deceptions and fabrications.
