The battle for the leader of the DP/ Will Bardhi's chair 'sway'?! Which of the vice-chairs will lead the group and what are the rumored names?

On May 20, 2023, Gazment Bardhi was elected chairman of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group.
Under this guise, and with a handful of MPs supporting him, he imposed himself on Sali Berisha's group, when the two parties merged. Under his leadership, the DP undertook a series of not-so-successful actions in parliament. His return in September, in the new legislature, raises the question of whether Bardhi will continue to be at the head of the MPs.
His name is the most quoted among the deputies and Sali Berisha has not articulated a single sentence that could shake Bardhi's positions, but sources say that the name of one of the other 4 vice-chairmen of the DP who could take over the leadership of the group has also begun to circulate in the blue headquarters.
We are talking about Luciano Boci, who enters parliament this time as the first on the Shkodra list, which the DP managed to keep blue despite the shrinking votes.
The DP Statute actually stipulates in Article 51 that the DP has two vice-chairs. One of the vice-chairs is the chairman of the Parliamentary Group.
That would be enough for Boçi, as one of the two vice presidents elected along with Oerd Bylykbashi, to seek leadership of the parliamentary group.
Bardhi was added as party vice-chairman due to his role as group leader, through a transitional provision that was not reflected in any case as part of the statute. Also, in that case, along with him, Agron Gjekmarkaj, who holds the position of deputy speaker of the Assembly, also became the fourth vice-chairman.
But his seat is not secure either. The DP says that Oerd Bylykbashi is eyeing this position with some ambition, not only because of his long commitment on behalf of the DP in parliament, but also because of his unwavering loyalty to Berisha.
There do not seem to be any surprises or room for conflict regarding the leadership of the 3 parliamentary committees belonging to the opposition. The Committee on Labor, Social Affairs and Health is expected to remain with Albana Vokshi. The high number of votes she received in Tirana, on the open list, seems to have protected Jorida Tabakur's position at the head of the Committee on European Affairs. Meanwhile, Ina Zhupa, among the most active deputies, is unlikely to lose the Committee on Education and Public Information.
