The Electoral College has decided to dismiss the case following the request of the Democratic Party candidate in the Durrës district, Andia Ulliri, who was seeking the mandate that the Central Election Commission had given to Arjan Ndoja.

As a result, the mandate remains with Arjan Ndoja.

At the beginning of the session, the former prosecutor's lawyer requested that Andia Ulliri not be recognized as a legitimate party in this process.

After hearing the parties and reviewing the request, the trial panel decided to dismiss the case, reasoning that Andia Ulliri does not have standing as a plaintiff.
