Democratic MP, Flamur Noka, has made a post on his social network Facebook regarding the mystery of the disappearance of former deputy director of AKSHI, Daniel Shima, who returned to his family after almost 10 hours missing.
Former deputy director of AKSHI, Daniel Shima, who disappeared without a trace yesterday (August 20) after sending his family a message saying "I'm being arrested," returned to his apartment this morning.
Regarding the case, the Democratic MP raises questions regarding the circumstances of the event, while casting doubt that Shima's disappearance is related to the interests of certain groups, while also mentioning the party.
" The kidnapped guy is a kidnapped guy. Daniel returned to his family after a formality within the party. Former Deputy Director of AKSHI, Daniel Shima, was not kidnapped, but he is a bit kidnapped. After a fight with his girlfriend, he leaves for Durrës, where in the outskirts of the city he finds the warmth of the party, which advises him to return to Tirana, but with a mind in his head. After a convincing job, the party returned Daniel home, with clear ideas for life," Noka writes on Facebook.
We recall that on Wednesday, the 34-year-old's mother reported to police station no. 1 that she had lost contact with her son. The report was made after Shima's mother was informed by her son's partner and lawyer that he had written her a message with the text "they are arresting me."
After the family members verify that the former senior official of the National Anti-Corruption Agency (NACA) had not been arrested for any criminal offense, they report the loss of contact.
Journalist Klodiana Lala reports that verifications show that Shima was getting into his car in the student city where he was filmed by security cameras and followed to the exit of the tunnel on the Tirana-Elbasan road.
After ten hours, when police seized dozens of security cameras and questioned people who might have knowledge, Daniel Shima returned and said he had left willingly, after a conflict with his partner.
But, he did not give any explanation as to where he stayed during those 10 hours, who the people he met were, why he traveled to Elbasan, and most importantly, why he wrote a message to his partner saying that they were arresting him.
