Rama attacks Judge Balliu again: It didn't even take him 10 minutes to
Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted again to the issue of releasing from confiscation an unauthorized building, which would serve as the new Cadastre offices in Tirana.

Rama states that Judge Hazbi Balliu only needed 10 minutes to make the decision in favor of the plaintiff who had the confiscated property.

" It didn't even take 10 minutes for Judge Balliu to come out against the state and side with the plaintiffs who built an entire building without a permit, which was confiscated as such and given to the State Cadastre Agency."

The materials that the institutions made available to Balliu require much more than 9 minutes to read, but of course the judge did not even read them because the fact that there were no victims in the old ASHK building, which was made unsafe by the earthquake, was enough for him, and thus, according to him, the work could continue under the falling ceilings, while the building without permission is visible and visible ..." - writes Rama.

Rama also accompanies the post with a photo of the session's data recording, where it is noticeable that it started on July 31, 2025, at 2:30 PM and ended at 2:39 PM, initialed on the computer of the First Instance Administrative Court institution.
