Wanda Nara wins the trial against Icardi, the footballer 'suffers'

The legal battle between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi has entered a new phase and this time the court has ruled in favor of the businesswoman.

As reported by Argentine media, the 106th Civil Court of the city of Buenos Aires, presided over by Judge Adrián Hagopian, has decided to seize the footballer's share in the company Asociación Civil La Isla SA in the amount of $110,000 as alimony, at Wanda's request.

The judge rules in favor of Wanda Nara, causing problems for Icardi. The resolution, signed on August 19, 2025, is part of file 88891/2024 and deals with the player's failure to fulfill his maintenance obligations.

The decision also orders Icardi to be registered in the Register of Defaulting Debtors, which could lead to future legal and financial complications. The judge based his decision on the lack of evidence of payment of the stipulated debts.

In addition to the principal seizure, the order provides for an additional payment of $3,500 in interest and enforcement costs. The court ordered the chairman of the board of directors of the company involved to execute the seizure and to notify the court of its execution in the file.

Icardi's defense team had appealed the plaintiff's settlement agreement, but the judge rejected it and approved Nara's request for $122,443.08.

As if that weren't enough, the seizure of Icardi's "dream home" was also ordered, the villa in Buenos Aires that he bought and where he lived until recently with his girlfriend China Suarez before returning to Turkey.

Furthermore, according to the decision, if the player returns to Argentina, he will not be able to leave the villa.
