Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has decided to remain loyal to Ilir Meta by lending 3 MPs to his ally, but this move has not been well received by the Democrats.
Two former MPs, Myslym Murrizi and Kreshnik Çollaku, have reacted harshly on their social networks.
"The problem of the DP is not why it donates 7 MPs to a parliamentary group of former LSI (a party with a different ideology and history)..., but that it cannot stop the hemorrhage within the group, does not unite the right and listens little or not at all to the gray part of the anti-Rame electorate!!! " - says Kreshnik Çollaku.

The opposition in the May 11 elections received a total of 50 deputies.
Of these, 4 were from the LSI, 1 was from the PR, 1 was from the PDIU, 1 from the PPDNJ, 1 from the Agrarian Party.
The DP itself was left with 42 deputies, not counting any who came as a transfer, borrowed from the LSI or the PS.
Of the 42 deputies that the DP was left with, I heard that 3 will be given for rent to the LSI to create a parliamentary group with 7 deputies. 6 deputies will be given to Mediu to create another parliamentary group with 7 deputies.
And 6 others to the Agrarian Party so that it too can have a parliamentary group.
So the DP parliamentary group is left with only 27 MPs in total.
It would be good if 6 more MPs were given to the PDIU, so that this party that received 1500 votes could also have a parliamentary group. And 6 more MPs were given to Dula's PPHRJ, which did not receive any votes on May 11, so that Dula could also have a parliamentary group.
And the DP itself should keep what is left after the "rent", which according to the calculations leaves 15 MPs. But even from these 15 "good" ones, you would give 5 to Agron Shehu, so that he can also form a parliamentary group, because the DP itself "just fine" has 10 MPs. But when Albanians see how the "rent" of MPs is done, that these parliamentary parties are allowed to have a fictitious parliamentary group just to get money from Albanians' taxes and to employ 2-3 of their family members as advisors or group secretaries as a supposed parliamentary party, and that they "have" a parliamentary group with MPs "sold" on the market, why should they remain stoic as voters and cannot do this "bargain" themselves with their votes on election day????? Why did you want to "spin" the votes of the Democrats wherever you have an interest, in the party that the Democrats fought for and the Democrats themselves were forbidden to "spin" with votes every time there is an election for any party or party that is offered to them for a fee????
